MediaTek's latest flagship model, the Dimensity 9500 processor, makes its debut in the Vivo X300. The octa-core SoC clocks at up to 4.21 GHz, putting it on par with its Qualcomm competitors. The 3 nm CPU has also been equipped with the new G1 Ultra GPU. This extremely powerful core is combined with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM. The internal memory is also state-of-the-art thanks to UFS 4.1 technology. Battery upgrade

The capacity of the internal power source has increased again this year.
