Camera in focus

The Vivo X200 Ultra looks like a classic luxury-class smartphone. Perfect workmanship topped off with IP 68 and IP69 certification and very thin display edges are part of the good tone. The front is very simple with a central punch hole. On the back, the massive camera hump towers over everything. The round array with Zeiss branding makes it clear that the flagship offers an outstanding camera. The housing is made of aluminum and measures 163.14 x 76.76 x 8.69 mm. The Vivo X200 Ultra already offers superlatives with its display. It measures 6.82 inches and uses AMOLED technology, which supports 100% of the DCI-P3 color space. The 8T LTPO panel can dynamically adjust the refresh rate between 1 and 120 Hz, which is easy on the built-in battery. The 2K display is protected by a special armored glass and offers a maximum brightness of 4500 nits. The resolution of 3168 x 1440 is very high and results in a pixel density of an incredible 510 ppi. Dolby Vision and HDR Vivid are supported.

Of course, the Vivo X200 Ultra also shows its best side in terms of performance. The Snapdragon 8 Elite offers eight cores clocked at up to 4.32 GHz. An Adreno 830 GPU will particularly please gamers. LPDDR5X RAM has also been installed. This makes even the most demanding apps child's play. The internal memory relies on UFS 4.1 technology, which guarantees maximum bandwidths.

It goes without saying that the Vivo X200 Ultra supports all the latest standards. Dual 5G support and WiFi 7 allow a connection to the digital world with maximum bandwidth. Smartwatches, wireless headphones and other gadgets can be connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth 5.4. High-quality stereo speakers, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor below the display and an NFC chip are also on board. A small special feature is the separate camera button, which supports multiple pressure levels and allows intuitive operation of the camera.
