Elegant beauty

Apart from the technical highlights, Vivo doesn't shy away from the design of the X200. The front has a rather simple look and is dominated by the high-resolution display with a narrow punch hole in the middle. The back is dominated by the camera array, apart from that it only shows a discreet lettering. The smartphone is a real eye-catcher in the midnight blue edition, which features an appealing color gradient. The glass and aluminum casing measures 160.27 x 74.81 x 7.99 mm and weighs around 197 g including the technology.

Flagship innovation from MediaTek!

A real premiere! With the Dimensity 9400, Vivo is installing the new flagship from MediaTek in the X200 for the first time. The octa-core CPU was manufactured using the 3 nm process and sets new standards in terms of performance and energy efficiency. Clocked at up to 3.625 GHz, the 64-bit CPU performs amazingly and promises to be a real marathon runner. The Immortalis-G925 GPU and 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM will easily master future mobile applications. The internal storage space measures 512 GB. UFS 4.0 technology is used here.

From extremely fast to extremely slow!

Vivo has once again opted for a high-resolution AMOLED panel for its latest flagship. It measures 6.78 inches and is quad-curved. The resolution is a crisp 2800 x 1260 pixels. The maximum brightness of up to 4500 nits is just as high. The color reproduction is of course at the very highest level: 100% of the DCI-P3 color space is covered. The display dynamically regulates the refresh rate to up to 120 Hz, which maximizes the device's battery life. Eye-friendly PWM dimming with 2160 Hz is also available.

The Vivo X200 also makes its quality standard clear in the camera setup. A 32 megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture is hidden in the center punch hole on the front. The triple camera setup on the back of the housing is equipped with a 50 megapixel VCS Bionic wide-angle camera with a large f/1.57 aperture. This is supported by a 50 megapixel super wide-angle sensor with f/2.0 aperture. The shooting star, however, is the 50 megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.57 aperture, which brings distant objects close thanks to the 3.0x optical zoom.    

Fast charging, high capacity

Vivo has also improved the battery in the X200 compared to its predecessor. Thanks to newly developed technology, the capacity of the internal power source has been increased - and with a smaller physical size. A whopping 5800 mAh ensures that runtimes of well over a day are possible. Charging is via cable with up to 90 W. 

State-of-the-art standards are a matter of course

A matter of course, but one that should nevertheless be mentioned: The Vivo X200 is equipped with all common standards. Wireless headphones and other gadgets can be connected via Bluetooth 5.4. Surfing is always possible on the fastest network thanks to dual 5G support and WiFi 7. Contactless payment via NFC is possible. High-quality stereo speakers, an optical fingerprint sensor below the display and IP68 are also offered.
