Shipping Methods

SHIPPING WITH COURIER:

For customers who need their products immediately, we offer a courier service. All shipments are insured, securely packaged, and include a tracking number.

Orders placed before 15:00 are processed the same day. If the order is not shipped on the same day, it will be shipped the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and order details.

Pick-up from the company office - PATRA - FREE Shipping.

Pick-up is available at our store located at I. Diakidi 136 - Perivola - 26335 - Patra, ONLY after you receive an SMS or EMAIL with the subject "Pick-up from the Store."
Pick-up hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00-17:00 (excluding weekends).

 

ATTENTION - Upon pick-up, please open the package and verify the accuracy of your order.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time depends on your location. The usual delivery time is 1–4 business days throughout Greece.

DELIVERY COST

The delivery cost is calculated based on the value and weight of your order.

The final amount is detailed during the shipping method selection process.
For orders under €80 and weighing up to 2 kg, the shipping cost is €3 (VAT included).

The cash-on-delivery fee is an additional €4 (VAT included).

RE-SHIPMENT:
If you fail to receive your order and request a re-shipment, you must pay the full order amount along with the additional shipping costs for the second shipment, or at least cover the shipping costs for both shipments. Payment can be made to any of our four bank accounts.
